Registration is only open to people / businesses that want to profit from this design.

Every individual or business that wants to use the files must register their interest. Please do not share the files with other business. Please refer people to this site if they want to participate.

The License

When you have completed the sign up process with your business details, you are granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to download and use Southern Cross Flag files for private, personal, and commercial use.

By downloading the files you acknowledge that the owner if the files and copyright holder is David Dixon. You may not claim ownership of the files. You can only share design files in the course of creating merchandise. You may not sell or give away the files. You may not modify or delete any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials you download or print.

You may use the files to create flags and merchandise (also referred to as "product") for sale and profit, provided that you do not change the design from its official colours and form.

You must use the official colours for each method of reproduction. Pantone® for manufacturing a flag. CMYK values for printing on paper. RGB or HEX values for digital reproduction. The colours are on the Flag Colours page.

You may resize the design providing the Green and Gold Cross and Stars in remain in the same ratios and a minimum of 1 unit of Blue must surround the Green and Gold Cross, as in the 2:3 version of the flag. Other than the minimum requirement of Blue, the sides of the Blue field may be cropped or extended.

Design Use and Limitations

You agree to use the files to create product in a manner consistent with all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations. No product shall be manufactured or displayed in a manner which infringes or violates the rights of others, which is unlawful, racist, sexist, obscene, profane, indecent or otherwise objectionable, threatening, defamatory, or invasive of privacy or publicity rights.

The owner of the design shall have final say in any usage of the product without needing to give a reason. That decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

License Fees

There will be no License fees charged before 2028.
